I LOVE EVERYONE ON MY TEAM!

My team cares about each other very much. They are always very helpful and very supportive.

They are willing to help at a drop of a dime and are willing to share their knowledge

We all get along well.

We all work together to get the job done and help our clients.

we respect, support and care about one another. we strive to do do better.

Communication, laughter and togetherness in every task we partake in. Team work is a huge deal with our department.

Fun, communicative, helpful, and all around great people.

we do work well together

Review from Product Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Grammar and spelling. We send reports to clients, and those reports should contain proper spelling and grammar for ease of use for our clients.

Workshops on how to collaborate and listen to your coworkers would be very helpful.

Co-workers needs to be trained properly and actually held accountable to follow SOPs/procedures. Too often are a handful of people are being relied on to carry departments, and fixing the constant mistakes of others. Even with corrections, the mistakes continue, nothing is learned or changed.

Review from Product Dept

To much gossiping and cliquing up. Its even worse cause its not just the regular employees, its managers too.

they need to retain information so they don't ask redundant questions

We lack being a team.

Some are great. Some work 1/8th of the time.

There's a handful of coworkers that I actually look forward to talking with. Some of my coworkers gossip, slander, and speak negatively about others or what's going on around them whether it's about work or home life, and I don't want to listen to that anymore.

stop the negativity and gossiping and work harder.

Review from Product Dept

Everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions in a equivalent way (but not cookie cutter lol)

Review from Sales Dept

Working with urgency. Better communication from the top down.

Review from Product Dept

Some are a little too headstrong. They think their ideas are gold and refuse to budge. It seems like they take it personally when we don't end up using their ideas. While they do have good ideas they have to be able to choose what is best for the business, not their ego.

Review from IT Dept

There are requests that they can pull themselves and questions that they can research the answers on but their first resort is sending the request and questions to accounting

Review from Finance Dept

I think we need to have more time for general interaction & training. We have to have standards and procedures and hold individuals accountable (all employees) if they are not following SOPs; creating headache and inefficiencies for other coworkers, and ultimately our clients.

Transparency would be appreciated -

Review from Sales Dept

When working from home, the interaction is different. Not bad, but just different.

Review from Product Dept

Team morale is terrible, under staffed, over worked. Everyone feeling burned out

Having common respect for the position you were hired for and have trust that you are qualified for the position. Don't take down to me!

Review from Finance Dept

Everyone is burned out and not a joy to be around anymore.

Review from Product Dept

More group activities to join together as a team
