Ministry Brands Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

A great mix of people and business focused

They don't micromanage. I am adult, I know my job duties, and I can't tolerate someone standing over me or watching me work, so I'm glad they trust my skills.

They set the culture club up

My manager is extremely helpful and supportive.

MY TEAM LEAD IS GREAT

My direct supervisor is great at making sure the team is taken care of.

They are invested in the company's vision of growth and expansion. My direct leader works hard to keep the team in the know as well as providing us with critical feedback on our performance

They do their best with the tools they are given.

They genuinely care about employees, the company's success and our clients. They are incredibly hard working.

Comradery has really shown through the past couple of months throughout the company as a whole; its refreshing.

Communicative, friendly, and opend to opinions.

Review from Marketing Dept

They are engaging and supportive.

They care about people, and they work to put actions to their words on most things. There's still no movement on hybrid work options and it seems like we've been asking about that for a year.

My directors kindness and support in everything we do.

They make decisions and move forward and dont sit on things for a long period of time.

very open door and easy to talk with

Review from Product Dept

The Directors have strong ideas and work as one team.

I like the way they listen, keep us updated, offer us ways to improve our work skills example with offering tuition for school, and request feedback

Review from Admin Dept

I like their Transparency and accessibility.

I like how the leadership team cares about the company and how they can approve it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

communicate, we don't know what's going on, everything seems like such a secret.

Accomplishing something... anything. We have had how many surveys sent and no change has been made? This is just pointless at this time.

Listening and taking action accordingly. It's very discouraging to keep providing feedback only for it to not be taken seriously. Profit above all else seems to be leaderships motto.

Recently my department was cut in half and outsourced. All our hard work and relationships that we have built with our clients is being shipped overseas. We did the groundwork for them to reap the benefits and I may be without a job soon. Its honestly just disappointing.

Listening to employees and making sure your employees feel valued

Not rocket science here - when you lay off a member of the team who is high performing and who has tenure of over 10 yrs and outsource her job to India - that is just outrageous. No gray areas - no doubt - have lost absolute faith/trust in this company.

Be more proactive than reactive.

Taking action. Stop having meetings to discuss topics and just do them. If people complain about specific topics (salaries, insurance, movement, etc.) dont waste a ton of time on meetings to identify the issue, the survey's do that. Work on solutions.

Making up positions that aren't needed. We have a very top heavy company.

caring more about people and not laying them off. giving raises.

More upward mobility. Support is an absolute dead end.

Review from Product Dept

Communication with changes across departments. Too many times, a change is put into place and each department is told something different. It is not noticed until a client is effected and departments are questioning each other due to not being on the same page.

Stop giving empty promises. They seem to do a lot of talking with little to no action.

They need to listen to their employees better and actually take into account what we are expressing. They need to be there as support for us, instead of MIA and us having to figure out everything on our own.

Review from Customer Support Dept

NEED TO START CARING MORE ABOUT PEOPLE, AND NOT ABOUT NUMBERS. LETTING GO OF PEOPLE IN A DEPARTMENT JUST FOR CHEAPER LABOR OVERSEAS IS JUST WRONG! REALLY SHOWS HOW MUCH YOU CARE ABOUT US LOW WORKERS WHO KEEP THIS COMPANY GOING, AND YOUR PAYCHECKS! IT'S REALLY AUDACIOUS AND RUDE OF YOU!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Thinking things through and the impact on the staff

Learning what actual needs we as employees care about. Better healthcare, competitive compensation and care about employees.

pay increase, communicating company wins and accomplishments

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being more involved with their team.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Be more open to hearing how the reorganization has negatively impacted our clients.
