I really enjoy being able to help the body of Christ indirectly everyday

It is a good company but it suffers from it's size and history. Momentum is hard to come by even with great goals and organization surrounding them. I would love to see the data team move towards more current or future data exploration instead of sticking with what has been done in the past.

I have really enjoyed the opportunity to grow and pursue the aspects of my job I am most passionate about. I feel cared for, encouraged and challenged.

Managing the goals of the company by making them attainable and still allowing for time to fully QA and implement. Make sure that what is promised is possible.

I feel fairly compensated, and the parental leave is incredibly generous compared to other companies.

I took a significant pay cut a few years back. Been an employee since 1985. That's pretty hard to swallow. Also the 401k employer contribution is insignificant compared to what it was with Shelby. Another significant lose.

I enjoy being challenged however, I am still constantly doing the work for multiple teams and more than one person but I get paid for less than 1 job, no real raises, and am making less than a person who started a year ago.

I really enjoy the work that I do and the team I get to do it with.

The stress of coming into work makes me want to avoid the mornings. If we have more help and attainable goals - or even giving what we've promised customers - our jobs would be less stressful.

I know going into the day that something will get "pushed back" or meeting will occur where everything is pushed off and not completed. The cart before the horse happens all the time and causes many errors / rollbacks on releases
