I took a significant pay cut a few years back. Been an employee since 1985. That's pretty hard to swallow. Also the 401k employer contribution is insignificant compared to what it was with Shelby. Another significant lose.
I enjoy being challenged however, I am still constantly doing the work for multiple teams and more than one person but I get paid for less than 1 job, no real raises, and am making less than a person who started a year ago.

My team, they are supportive no matter what life has happened at home.
I am most happy about serving others who serve others. I have an outstanding leadership team!
Finishing projects and knowing the impact is has on the church and the body of Christ as a whole
Working on things that I deem as valuable data exploration instead of creating reports based on "how it was" or "how I'd like to see xyz"
I really enjoy the work that I do and the team I get to do it with.
The stress of coming into work makes me want to avoid the mornings. If we have more help and attainable goals - or even giving what we've promised customers - our jobs would be less stressful.
I know going into the day that something will get "pushed back" or meeting will occur where everything is pushed off and not completed. The cart before the horse happens all the time and causes many errors / rollbacks on releases
