Ministry Brands Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Not taking surveys would be great.

If there is free food and knowing I get a paycheck

my work environment is really lay back, I can get my work done without being micromanaged.

Learning new courts and differences between jurisdictions.

The other departments I get to interact with and our clients.

MY COWORKERS ARE A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE

I like being able to do my job at my own pace. I'm very happy that I get to work at home and still not be micromanaged.

It's a challenge each day to learn something new and to also help share that knowledge with a willing team

I get to do my work and not being micromanaged.

collaborating to deliver improvement or solutions to clients or our team

No one wants to "work" right? Conversations that are productive, achieving goals (either as a team or individually).

My coworkers and not much else.

Review from Marketing Dept

It's a positive environment and people seem happy here.

Achieving a collective goal together.

Learning and growing in the industry but those avenues have been more limited recently.

Being able to make a difference for our clients.

Working with my team and helping clients. Love the way we are growing so fast.

Review from Admin Dept

Customer satisfaction! Landing an upsell!

I am happy that i have a job and have a great management team in my department. but the unnecessary stress can just ruin your day.

The relationships that I get to foster with coworkers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Being remote. Coming in office just makes the negativity spread. If I'm at home I don't know that so and so in whatever department doesn't doing anything. I'd be at home in my own business working with less interruptions throughout the day.

It's very difficult to collaborate. Often action items result in arguments because one party doesn't feel heard and talked over. The best and easiest action isn't taken because the company won't spend the money for improvements on internal process. Ultimately causing tension with employees and clien

I do not know how it can be improved. I have hit the burnout phase from going hard for so long for so many hours in the trenches with the team, understaffed, still have not recovered and still a lot of work to do.

I'm honestly just scared that I'm not going to have a job soon and I love my job and what I do.

Staff are burnt out from being overworked, not properly trained/coached, and having to put up with constant changes - all with no fair reflection in compensation across the board. It doesn't feel like a team - a few people do a lot to keep the wheels turning while some others don't care at all.

Review from Product Dept

I am doing a new job and I am not comfortable with it all yet.

When headcount was needed because it was given to the "squeaky wheel" group - we couldn't get it back when we were busy. Then, instead of giving us back out headcount/people - now we are outsourcing to India and laying off people. We are bleeding customers - some who have been with us for 10+ year

There is a constant disconnect and lack of transparency when it comes to changes and opportunities. It is perceived that ways to move up are based on who you know, not how hard you work. The salaries need a serious improvement.

"The Company" outsourced my department to India. We are not having a good time.

I feel that I am underpaid and undervalued.

I am speaking from working strictly with AmericanChecked, but AmericanChecked definitely feels like it's on it's own island and is never a priority when it comes to updates/client communication/initiatives. A trend I have seen within protection at least, is everything is reactive, not proactive.

feel fearful about the future of the company

We have begun the long slide where corporate profit- seeking has gone past the tip[ping point and customers notice and are leaving.

Review from Product Dept

The unknown/uncertainty since the recent cuts in protection/IT How can it be improved? Do not outsource to India, keep the US employees.

Its a lot of negativity and even if you try to ignore it and stay positive it can be difficult and draining when I just want to come to work and do my job.

You don't truly feel valued as an employee. Actions speak louder than words.

need better pay and work from hom

Empty promises. Like I said, this company talks a lot with little to no action.

I would like to not have to work.

Review from Operations Dept

Its continuously exhausting to work with an entire company that is remote/ hybrid when you are required to commute to the office every single day. The price of gas and wear on the cars is expensive and that's a savings the majority get to have as a perk.
