The wonderful people in HR have remained dedicated to keeping healthcare related expenses from increasing dramatically these last few years in the face of significant inflation. We use providers which are widely accepted.

Fair wages based on merit reviews instead of a blanket percentage for everyone
Industry standard pay for work done. Perhaps the job description doesn't match work done. I've never seen a job description beyond initial job notice, which was pretty general
Work, work ethic, tasks, value and dedication should match compensation.
Pay equivalent to similar position in industry. Vacation that could be accrued equivalent to others in similar positions in the industry
Feel additional responsibilities are added often to "use" abilities to drive growth with no consideration for workload or value or retention if a replacement is needed. Get the feeling behind the scenes "They won't leave so we don't need to retain." is possibly the attitude.
