I understand that the pay ranges are an avg for a few cities. It would be nice if those salaries were reviewed yearly to ensure that Mission is keeping up with the industry

Salary is low comparative to the market
I have compared my salary to ranges for same role/comparable experience and I am significantly below market rate. I am already on a path to increased compensation here at Mission, so I already feel better about my compensation.

Bonuses would be great. We work hard getting recompensed besides the regular amount of pay would be rewarding.
I feel undervalued because I know that other companies pay more for someone performing my type of duties, I am ok with it now because of the other benefits Mission provides such as unlimited PTO, work from home, cell phone reimbursement and office snacks.

Pay scales and titles seem to be very sporadic and don't really correlate to seniority or hierarchy. Which is not totally a bad thing but seems to have employees confused.
