What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process took over 5 months, required three rounds with presentation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Moda does a good job working the room with customers but the back-end is poor
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has a culture of "rules for thee but not for me" with extremely poor communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Your peers and coworkers make the team. I loved mt coworkers-- so many passionate people pouring their hearts into their work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is lower than market, and if brought up, you are reprimanded. Benefits are fine, but could be better given Moda is a private health insurance company. PTO is below standard for the industry. No stock options as company is not public and only vested in 401k after 5 years.
