Training is almost non existent. Any time you ask a question, you will be made feel like a fool and its very hard to get a clear answer. Work schedule will be changed around with little consistency, as well as the time you are off each day. Leads don't show up to work, system constantly crashes, etc

Track performance and adjust accordingly. Pay attention to employees and who does what, who is valuable and who needs to improve.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Speaking clear, improved English and wanting to teach new employees would be a good start. Office personnel could be more helpful and less miserable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually training workers without making them feel stupid. Having a consistent work schedule, upgrade the system that is out of date and/or unreliable, tracking performance and adjusting accordingly..
