That it is inclusive and consists of more than a few things, some of which I consider vital like health insurance and real extras like food/phone bills/education package etc.

Really well structured and organized. We all worked together to build steady and effective work processes that help us get our end of the work done quickly and without sacrificing quality.

On point and always very enthusiastic. Really help us get the feeling like we are all putting in the hours for a goal that is shared by all and that our work has meaning.
