Developing intellectual property which is rewarded financially by company (as is recruiting new employees).

Nice blend of above average salary, annual bonus and VERY generous quantity of stock options at a fair strike price.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fund raising and hiring engineers. Genuinely concerned about platform stability and bringing up valuation of company so our share price will increase.

They invest in engineers over middle management and are fair to customers but are smart enough when to say no and when to push back.

Above average salary, yearly bonuses, 4 weeks vacation that gets paid out for unused, generous stock options, paid holiday shutdown exceeding industry average and fitness reimbursement account.
What are some of the best things about your team?
VERY concerned about stability of platform. Very smart people who work hard but are also fun to work with and people I would like to hang out with outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees look out for each other. There are cases where someone was very sick and management gave employee plenty of time to recover, others stepped in to help and then when employee is well is invited back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mojio's leadership team focuses on a great balance of vision/innovation along with staying on top of day to day operations/customer support/revenue generation and CEO is top notch at fund raising and securing STRATEGIC investors. Exec team are always attending relevant trade shows/conferences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are not top heavy and do not have many middle managers but rather highly skilled engineers, human resources, marketing, biz dev and sales team. Entire team understands company's vision and work well together to keep Mojio's customers happy along with constantly innovating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ALL employees are not only empowered to be huge contributors to the company's success but are also empowered to put on social events (white water rafting, go-karting, ski trips, dinner outings, hikes, bike trips, etc) for team building/bonding. Really a culture of promoting fun/exercise!
