Coming up with patent ideas, learning new technology and engineering methods/techniques/FW from all the smart people here

Hard working, don't micro-manage, have great ideas, very easy to get along with, easy to work with, and very smart

The stock options. The bonuses (from IDFs, from employee referrals, from performance reviews (although I haven't gone through this yet)).
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things about a growing industry, using creative engineering ideas to help advance the company and solve existing issues (i.e. writing IDFs).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They help create a great culture at Mojio. They care about their employees unlike previous employers I've worked at. They don't micro-manage like I've seen at previous employers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willingness to help, the activities that HR and others setup, how everyone is easy going but yet hard working at the same time. Goal orientated (company-wise and personal-wise) also helps with the environment.
