What makes you most happy at work?

solving problems and my team mates.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I have no issues with my comp. We desperately need an HR leader that knows comp and how to level set properly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I feel my co-workers are thoughtful and genuine. I feel this because I tried to be this way in all my interactions. Positivity breeds positivity.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Love learning from all the super smart people around me. I have no conflicts with any of my co-workers. I really enjoy helping shape the Mojio culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The quarterly goals board that recently went up is a good start despite that the entire company is tied to sales goals and my bonus is tied to someone else doing their job despite an overbearing customer. Would love if the exec team invested emotionally in the talent they have on board.
