monday is an amazing company, but also an amazing environment. The product is brilliant, as are the people. It's a place where the impossible becomes possible - because we're aligned to the bigger picture, everyone can support one another, and as a result - everyone has an impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Aside from care, consideration and transparency they also extend trust and autonomy to execute as we see fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people first and foremost. I'd also say all the "Do Good" efforts we take on from 'Startup for Startup' to aiding non-profits with both technology and resources/assistance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our results. I think all the effort we put in to do right by each other and the business are seen in the results of those around us, and that makes me happiest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate our sales/consulting compensation model which carries a higher than typical base salary and a smaller bonus component. It may be unusual to the standard Sales+Commission structure, but there are a lot of benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are really amazing here and their work product is always impressive. I think the fact that everyone is aligned to a much bigger goal/picture of building monday together and having a positive impact on our customers and our communities aligns us to something much greater.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how friendly and welcoming everyone was, even those not included in the interview process but were just a part of monday and the culture. Overall, I just enjoyed meeting everyone - which, for me, validated how much I wanted to be a part of it.
