What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That people care and want to help. It's been an amazing experience to be part of a sales team that focuses on teamwork and selling together vs. the type of culture found in many sales org.
What makes you most happy at work?
Beyond the work people do, being in sales, it feels amazing to know that the product you are 'selling' to clients is incredible. I never have to second guess that what we are providing is best in class and will benefit the client.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and they care. They may not be able to act on all feedback, but they take the time to hear people out on issues they see. They are also not afraid to make mistakes and have no problem rolling something back that appears (thought testing) won't work.
