What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency from senior leadership. I feel like I am informed on company initiatives and changes as they happen. With my direct manager, I value how much I am trusted and that I am not micromanaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how hardworking my team is, and I trust that they are doing whatever they can do deliver on our goals. I also love that whether we're at the bar or the office, it's fun to hang out with everyone.
