What do you like best about the leadership team?
Awsome team and best service provied
They push me hard to elevate and become better. No complains really just that the pay isn't the best
Goal oriented, focused on results.
I think the best part about the leadership at MonetizeMore is that they really care about your ideas and really want you to contribute to your team and the company as a whole. It's much different than a normal corporate company where they just want you to do your job and your ideas are put aside.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fair pay and internal equity.
Internal controls and financial communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
google ad manager account provied
Base pay plus commission which is the best because I can control my pay but I also receive a steady paycheck.
The commission is very good and if you work hard you get paid well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if there were more benefits and compensation provided then that would be better. Also if one person on a region which uses USD would be paid at least 5k USD per month, the people on a different region should also be paid 5k USD per month not lower
I left for a 40% raise so that would've been a good start.
What are some of the best things about your team?
best customer service provied and technical support
all hungry, all skilled, all want progress and growth
talented, reliable, focused on results.
The team I work is great, we interact well and everyone is friends with each other. Since we work remotely we travel and work together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ecofriendly and all team member are very excited
Kaizen, being able to work anywhere you like
Everyone works remotely, so you can manage your own schedule and still, people are very committed to their tasks.

that the company will grow so big,
Managing my own hours, flexible schedule. The fact that I can work when I want to, so I'm always at the peak of my productivity
Signing a new client is a great feeling and coming up with a new idea that helps out the team.
