Highly flexible. Company focus on results and not amount of hours you work. I can set up my calls with clients anytime, given we deal with sites from all over the world (therefore multiple timezones). Besides company calls, each employee customizes their work hours based on their lifestyle and productive hours, instead of the usual 9/5 hours most of companies require.
