What is the best part about your compensation package?

Base pay plus commission which is the best because I can control my pay but I also receive a steady paycheck.
The commission is very good and if you work hard you get paid well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if there were more benefits and compensation provided then that would be better. Also if one person on a region which uses USD would be paid at least 5k USD per month, the people on a different region should also be paid 5k USD per month not lower
I left for a 40% raise so that would've been a good start.
