What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always pushing for the best results. Supportive and kind.
They are just like really nice
They try to make it like working with the family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Incentivizing staff with consistant goals
Not hiring and firing people after providing such terrible training and guidance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary was the best part
The company offers lots of extra benefits
That they pay me regularly and I usually don't have any issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Rate is low for the volume of cases
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people to work with
Teams are solid but leadership at senior at director level is sub par.
My experience was terrible working here.
They are like really nice

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work together like a family
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fewer 30 yr olds, more mature managers, attys
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't feel like an interview, it felt like we were just talking
That they offered me another position.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Dont switch me over from a position i didnt apply to and lie about a promotion
3 phone interviews and one last interview asking the same questions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pretty much everything but they should start caring about their employees and actually invest in them
Management needs to go. Turnover rate is super high and Attorneys are super rude.
