It's relaxed. If you want to work from home on a day with no meetings or want to work in the park on a sunny day - no problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not only my team, but all teams are very close. We have a lot of different personality types, but MC has done a great job recruiting people who are smart, work hard, and are enjoyable to be around. It makes for a productive, relaxed atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership regularly asks for feedback and puts forth a lot of effort to address everything they can to make MC the best place to work. Everyone here is very approachable and always willing to consider new ideas. Very smart, enthusiastic team that makes coming to work everyday fun.
