we're like a family - everyone works well together and shares skills and experiences. everyone is very close.

the company is constantly trying to improve the compensation package (recently upgraded) and it shows that MC really invests in their employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
this place has the best company culture of any i've worked at. they try really hard to make sure everyone is welcome and happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the team is communicative and very open to feedback - they're open to testing and implementing workflows suggested by employees and are constantly striving to serve their teams better
