We are incredibly fortunate to have Michael Ramlet as our CEO. He is an empathetic leader who truly cares about employee well-being while also being committed to driving high growth and business outcomes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have good work / life balance. I think one of the other highly positive things is that we have a training summit twice a year where the whole company gathers in DC to collaborate and learn from one another.
