From my perspective the culture feels like we are all in this together, which is a rare thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team at large offers a wide variety of experience & backgrounds. It makes work collaboration enjoyable & effective, but personal interactions a lot of fun, too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is better than any I have had in the past, particularly the health care offering. It covers a lot & the portion I am responsible for paying is more than fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are thoughtful, inclusive & completely open to new ideas. I never doubt their dedication to the business, but also to us as employees of the company. They are unlike any other leadership team I've ever had.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My excitement continued to build with each person I met, the more I learned about the company & what my future could be. By the end of the interview process I knew this job had to be mine.
