I have loved my experience at the company so far. I have been promoted and well compensated throughout at a steady rate. I am put in positions to learn even if it requires small failures. The experience has really allowed me to grow as a worker, manager, and teammate.

They are open and responsive to the employees and clear about their vision for the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to work along side my teammates on a challenging project and succeed together. In addition, it makes me happy to see our work positively affect our clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fringe benefits are nice and easy. They give cell phone, commuting, and now working remote in covid-19 stipends and just automatically give you them. The stock options are always a good motivation to work harder for the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The love of the company and culture came through in the interviewers. You can tell that the interviewers like the company and are just looking for smart people with a new perspective to join the company. It felt genuine and honest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is open and accepting to everyone. Even though the company is small they try to put together groups and channels for a variety of interests like niche beers, board gaming, or dogs. Employees are able to engage with each other about things they like in a positive environment
