Ms. Bevin Desmond has been the Head of Global Markets and Human Resources at Morningstar, Inc. since 2010. Ms. Desmond is responsible for identifying, developing, managing and directing international operations and overseeing human resources functions for all of morningstar's global operations. She has been General Manager, International Business Affairs Division, Morningstar Inc. since October 2000. She is responsible for identifying and developing new markets, managing and directing operations and launching new products. She served as the President, International Division and Institutional Software of Morningstar Inc.,since February 2009. She served as the President of International Operations and Global Human Resources at Morningstar Inc since January 2009. She served as the President of International Business of Morningstar Inc. from 2000 to 2008. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Morningstar UK Ltd. She joined Morningstar in 1993 and was one of three employees who started Morningstar international business. From 1999 to 2000, she served as Manager of all International Ventures. She was employed at Everest City, Massachusetts in September 1988 and she joined Peacock Paper Company in February 1989, Mouse and Hoffmann in September 1989, Loen Group in February 1990, Maltech Group in January 1991 and Illinois Home Service in September 1991. She has been a Director of Morningstar Japan KK since October 1999. Ms. Desmond holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from St. Mary's College.
