Mr. Needham served as a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Australia at the Ibbotson Associates Australia Limited. Mr. Needham joined the firm in 2002 and has held a number of roles including Investment Consultant, Portfolio Manager, Head of Multi-Strategy and General Manager of Investments. He has been the Global Chief Investment Officer at Morningstar Investment Services, Inc. since May 8, 2013. He served as Chief Investment Officer at Morningstar Investment Group at Morningstar Inc. Mr. Needham served as a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Asia-Pacific Operations at Morningstar Investment Services, Inc., where he led the firm's research, asset allocation and portfolio management capabilities. He joined the Morningstar Investment Services in 2009 when it acquired Intech Pty Ltd, where Mr. Needham served as the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director. He served as Chief Investment Officer at Intech Pty Ltd. since 2002 and served as its Managing Director. He was responsible for the performance of all Intech trusts and portfolios, the management of the Investments team and the led portfolio manager for all of the Intech diversified trusts .Before joining the firm in 2002, he was an Analyst at Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited. Mr. Needham holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a major in Finance and Economics from the University of Sydney.
