Compensation not in line with my many years of experience and expertise. Better work quality along with better compensation is required.
Well I wish I could get what I might in the market, but it is more than made up for by the incredible culture and work environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager asks me about the wellbeing of me, my kids and my family members everytime we meet. My manager shares feedback and seeks feedback. Everyone here respects everyone's responsibilities.
