It is simple and inexpensive to the employees. Also stock options.

They don't have any surprising hidden charges and have provided according to the market standards.

Getting the same amount of share as the CEO, i,e the same number of company stock will be given to every employee regardless of their experience and role. Also most of the other benefit like medical , cab service, internet, and incentive for taking training and courses are outside the CTC.

The added benefits and comprehensive insurance policy is a stand out. There are other amazing factors involved like attractive market conform salaries and equity options.

Compensation not in line with my many years of experience and expertise. Better work quality along with better compensation is required.

Well I wish I could get what I might in the market, but it is more than made up for by the incredible culture and work environment.
