They are so disconnected with the face to face experience between the customer and field sales. ALL roadblocks that have ruined the customer experience are self inflicted,
Not micromanaging, stepping back and letting us make more decisions.
Help their managers do more to assist. Stop micromanaging the supervisors. We need younger leadership and younger management with new ideas. Also why does the HR team of four sit around making big bucks putting binders together and eating and gossiping?

Management needs to be more personal, more face to face meetings for information sharing, less videos that are like commercials aimed at their staff.
Get newer and more professional human resource associates.
Safety issues. Someone needs to focus on that
They implemented systems that do not work together, few people understand them, so they are making it worse. And since everything takes 4x longer, it is blamed on the associate when we are behind. Mgt takes no responsibility but puts more pressure on their reports. Wrong people are given authority.
Bad attitudes. Unprofessional service. No one cares anymore.
