Constructive Feedback From Mud Bay Employees
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?The interview process only involved people that literally had no knowledge about what goes on in the store. Also some of the people were not safe to be around and involved the police. Should really do a thorough background check and let the store interview the people, too.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?What's wrong is the company is throwing away all their employees that know and enjoy providing customers with that special Mud Bay experience. If Mud Bay actually hired someone that understood business they would not have made all these horrible decisions costing good people their jobs.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Employees were expected to sign a paper saying that they quit and waive their rights to unemployment benefits or go from full-time to part-time. It was a disaster and now employees have been forced to figure out their next move just to simply have job security and a means to be able to live.
