Mueller used to be a great place to work with many great long-term employees. A lot of that has changed and there are many new people coming in that could care less about the history of the company. There is a lot of favoritism and bullying in the shipping department. Lot of gossiping and laziness.

Very skilled, innovative, aggressive growth drivers that care about the team. Manage the team like a high performance team of corporate athletes. Lots of meaningful work and fun. Down to earth, hard-working team that listens.

Not favoring certain employees. Finding out the whole story before making assumptions. Hold all employees to the same standards. Get out on the floor and work with your employees to see what the problems are and how to fix them instead if immediately calling HR.

Act appreciative of your employees. Get the pay of the long time employees in line with what you are hiring new employees at.

The team is passionate about helping consumers and athletes "keep moving in the game of life". Great customer service, good teamwork, good focus on growth.

It was very conversational, not many rounds. They liked to hear stories and were very open with answers to my questions.
