The entire leadership team and their mindset of money, money, money

If they paid nurses a living wage comparable with other local area hospitals

The recruiter was very nice to deal with and made me feel the company truly cared
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They have lost the entire concept of healthcare and view patient care as just a cash cow that can be milked
