We support each other as nurses and work really well as a team, both at work & outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
A day when good care is achieved in spite of a hectic schedule & unexpected challenges. I also really enjoy my co-workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Things have noticeably gone downhill as far as the cleanliness, quality of the cafeteria, quality of linens, staffing cuts that have affected response of housekeeping personnel to the nursing units. Quality Healthcare & customer service used to be the bottom line, but now it seems to be $$$$.
