Right now its not good. I am a new hire and in my 3rd week at multicare. The manager that hired me left the position before I got there, the interim manager and assistant manager don't know me no one on the unit has been welcoming and often behaved as I was an annoyance or burden being new.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
making new employees feel welcomed by offering proper orientation.
