Communication is terrible. Leadership changes ALL. THE. TIME. They can't retain leadership which is a problem. No one in upper leadership stays more than 6 months.

Multicare gives you a 2% raise annually for doing a great job. Then hires new employees at a higher compensation rate. There is no benefit for loyalty.
More hours and fair overtime
The medical providers cannot function without my position and I am underpaid for what I do for being short staffed.
Pay is low. Managers do not fight for your compensation. They do not care about the employees.
There needs to be more of them.

More capital investment in established hospitals such as Tacoma General - to upgrade and maintain physical buildings, to keep up with technology, to train and retain exemplary staff
