What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great listeners and resources. Respectful and professional
Only the hiring process is easy .
Leadership team pays attention to individual employee's needs and addresses them accordingly.
They actually involve themselves with day-to-day activities so that they know what our jobs are like instead of dictating how we should be doing our jobs.
They believe in collaborating. They are welcoming and professional.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance, paid holidays, competitive wage
401k Matching that evolves with seniority
Organization salary is higher than most employers in the area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because wages is not enough compare to other hospital in king county , we need to have a market adjustment and close to the wages of the other hospital in king county
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very mature and professional, easy to communicate
Team work , respect and collaboration with our team
The ability to collaborate and put quality of patient care above all else.
Everyone works together to accomplish the goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try really hard to emphasize company values into daily practice
You are a segment of a chain that pulls a patient away from the edge of a cliff. If you fail to do your best; then the team fails to save that patient.
The friendly and supportive culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Racial inequity and equality, and the management need to include and respect the concens of the employees.

I was asked to describe what I thought my life would look like if I worked for this company five years later.
The Human Potential team (HR) were very profesional and friendly. The interviews were virtual, but they explained the entire process and made it easy.

If there is a transparency , respect , courtesy , comfort , value the employee, good benefits and fair compensation and fair treatment and balance workload and fair staffing
