I feel undervalued because wages is not enough compare to other hospital in king county , we need to have a market adjustment and close to the wages of the other hospital in king county

They try really hard to emphasize company values into daily practice

You are a segment of a chain that pulls a patient away from the edge of a cliff. If you fail to do your best; then the team fails to save that patient.

I was asked to describe what I thought my life would look like if I worked for this company five years later.

The Human Potential team (HR) were very profesional and friendly. The interviews were virtual, but they explained the entire process and made it easy.
