I feel undervalued because wages is not enough compare to other hospital in king county , we need to have a market adjustment and close to the wages of the other hospital in king county

Racial inequity and equality, and the management need to include and respect the concens of the employees.

Use a method that enables the applicant to successfully share their strengths and quals such as the STAR method.
