Some nice peers, some smart people, too bad they are treated like trash and everyone leaves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pure hate shoveled onto people, pure abusive environment. You could never pay me enough to go back there.
What makes you most happy at work?
never having to go there / think of them again. they taught me to hate myself, my peers, my profession, and especially my own family for getting in their way of having me work their target 14 hours per day.
