What makes you most happy at work?What makes me most happy at work is how all departments communicate effectively to meet our goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?I loved the energy of the two individuals who interviewed me. I could already tell that I would love the environment at MAX. Once I started, everyone made me feel like I was a part of the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?It was quick and you met with different people throughout the country. No matter the role, you always meet with the president or CEO because they are hands on.
