My pay was adjusted automatically as part of the company's wage review process for fairness and equity. I really appreciate this level of care.

I believe very strongly in our product fit and path to financial success - as such, I believe that our equity compensation is really tremendous and will compensate me above what other opportunities could provide.
Mux works hard to go above and beyond in valuing employees. Throughout the pandemic they've expensed three $15 lunches per week per employee, and provide many other generous niche perks (like $200 for headphones, and more for books and conferences). Makes me feel special!
