I feel like my contributions are important to the success of the company and our customers, and also feel like I'm growing my own professional skills and abilities here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the company is founder-led, with additional leaders who bring impressive experience to the team. It's also really important to me that there's representation on the leadership team - nearly half of our executives are women.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's small but meaningful - we're encouraged to give "shout outs" to colleagues who've done something to go above and beyond. We share these at our weekly company sync and it's the section that usually takes the most time because there are always so many!
