Alignment with Product expectations. Demanding accountability and execute deliverables consistently
Pay me equally for the complex/time consuming job I have

Compensation is low for service team members that works tirelessly to retain clients. It's a role that requires all of the soft skills to be successful (managing upset clients, delivering information in a way that will soothe a situation) so that's probably why it's monetarily undervalued.

People with the same job title starting on the same day will be compensated differently just because one lives on the east coast. The cost of living in Austin TX is already on par with NYC - we yet someone in NJ makes 5k more a year than someone in Texas for the same job.
Review from Operations Dept
I believe that our team experiences very high and often unrealistic expectations to get the amount of work completed. To ensure the work is handled, many of the team work long hours (often unpaid) to ensure we are successful. Hours worked should be hours being paid for - always.
Review from Operations Dept
The amount of work we do and the merit increase we get YoY doesn't seem that competitive at this level. Not as many opportunities to rise or go different paths
Review from Customer Success Dept
Better note taking so questions are not asked repeatedly, pay attention to questions from others because you never know when you may have a similar scenario, attention to detail, research methods, etc

They need to be accountable and do their job every day. Sometimes it feels as if the best workers get more work put on them, while others get away with not doing as much. This makes the good workers feel burned out and leave the company.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I think not taking the job so serious, this is one of the most exciting times to be at Namely enjoy it. Additionally I have absolutely no trust in other teams as they capture slack messages and report them to management. In doing that it shows me that I CAN'T trust other teams.

Keep getting rid of the poor management and hire those who understand business and how to manage and prioritize. Work smarter not harder.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. Process dosent need to take that long.

Better industry understanding and application from Operational Leadership and Executives. Being yourself only counts if you fit a specific definition

I don't think anything is going wrong, but a job is a job and all things being equally I'd rather not work than work, but if I have to work I would be hard pressed to think of a better company to work for than Namely.
Review from Engineering Dept
As previously stated, you get burned out fast because you get more work put on you if you are a great performer. If you are great on the phone you will be in the queue more than others, or the others will find a way to get off the queue and you will be in the queue alone.
Review from Customer Support Dept
My direct manager and I don't always have the greatest working relationship (seeing eye to eye), but I know they care about me as a person.
Review from Operations Dept
I think it's because of the pandemic and political climate, not because of the company, but it's been hard to stay motivated during these hard times.
