What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of the supplemental benefits. As a newly(ish) wed, I was very happy to find out that Namely offers maternity leave that actually allows the time that new moms need with their newborn baby. I cannot thank Namely enough for this benefit to take the stress out of trying to build a family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work from home!! As mentioned previously, my family is relatively young (a daughter under 2) and having the option to work from home is a game-changer. I truly think it allows us to be more productive this way.
