What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process was pretty organized. Communcation is key. I knew what was going on every step of the way.
What makes you most happy at work?The productivity and work that I put in that translates into results. The people and the friendly environment makes me feel comfortable coming to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is kind and friendly. Leadership team is always available for guidance and knowledge. Feels like a family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Horrible product problems. They purposely make bad, complex, and confusing products so their customers must buy support to explain it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Lets start with having cheaper health care and benefits. But of course CEO needs to buy another Masaratti, so i guess we will be paying through the roof for medical care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?being concerned about their employees and actually listening to them through real review processes. CTO is absolutely useless as he does his own thing and doesn’t care to get involved in trying to understand employee’s concerns, interests, or anything
