How secure do you feel at your job at Nastel Technologies?
This comment is not a real representation of our CEO. In fact our CEO has a full vision and strategy and executes each time. Sounds like somebody got hired and left because they couldn’t handle his ideas. Maybe the person that wrote this comment doesn’t know how to be a team player. Our CEO is fair , kind , caring and every year he gives each person at Nastel generous bonuses. Ive asked our CEO for help at times and he is always there to help! He spends the time on each person at Nastel and makes sure that every person feels welcomed! He says sends happy birthday emails to every employee and his speeches at our events are always recognizing employees that have stood out with their success. The negative comment sounds like somebody came and left with no knowledge of who our CEO actually is. It would be best if comparably would take this comment down.
The Nastel CEO has neither vision nor strategy for the company. David Mavashev continues to see the market as it was 20 years ago and not as it is today, evidenced in his continued belief in mainframe business and that the cloud is a short term fad. Nastel customer base continues to shrink as a result of Mavashev completely missing major market trends. In that sense, all jobs at Nastel are at risk due to an inevitable failure of Mavashev.
