What did you like most about the interview process?pretty straightforward , but took 6 weeks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Coworkers, commission potential and a lot to learn
What are some of the best things about your team?A lot of smart, sweet colleagues here that should be recogniz d and deaerve so much better. This is a bery challenging environment to work in, mainly because of company policies and practices
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Customers get locked into 3-year auto-renew contracts without knowing it. They get surprise unnotified rate increases. Products they didnt ask for are mysteriousky tacked on to ther accounts. They are promised price-locks but there's always some weird Netsuite "error" that increases rates :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They switch health inairance companies every open enrollment period, on order to cut costs, leading you to have to find all new providers, 401K match is not conpetitive with the market, base salary raises are non-existant or mildly insulting, at best
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop micromanaging and start coaching
