Could be a great place to work. Very clique oriented, your either in or not. There are some very talented Maintenance people there. They don't get the recognition they deserve. Micromanaged to the max. Review at Green Plains

I love NORDIC. I have been here for 5+ years, and that is saying something in the consulting world. I cannot see myself leaving unless all the opportunities dried up.
