Very strategic, great at communication, value of empolyees
They stay connected with employees, take action on feedback received formally and informally.
They are open and accessible - anyone can talk to them, they are not hierarchical and generally seem to be interested in lots of people's opinions regardless of their role or level.

Paying more and having more sports people make decisions
Probably the health care and 401k plans. The unlimited vacation, amazing parental leave, and work-life balance considerations are also amazing. I just personally am impressed with their healthcare and 401k options

Option to get equity as part of bonus each year. Oh, also free health insurance for me.
Getting paid fair market price for similar positions. Wasn't aware of it until my team brought it to my attention. I do think we still get to learn a lot, since there are so many products. Undervalued - review cycles don't mean much here & manager level needs to pay attention to these.
Very little promotional opportunities in product management. Maternity pay and pension contributions are fairly basic for the UK.
If the company actually put the vision statement on the site
I believe the pay scale is on the lower end. Yes, there are perks, such as free lunch and trips which are wonderful, but the annual raises are not on par with the cost of living. This is a good out of college job, but not financially for someone with a family to support.
The team has a genuine sense of the word "teamwork," and they showcase it every day. The slack channels have made me spit out my water from laughing so hard on several occasions. Just a great place to work all around, I love my coworkers. I've even helped get three friends jobs at the company.
We really do feel like a family, which is important.

More sports people and less nepotism
Getting to meet the right stakeholders and getting all my specific questions answered.
They are very very very open in regards to feedback.
Transparent and honest about the company culture as well as the company challenges and failures. They believe in their own values and try to live them.

Have a career track for product managers in the same way there are opportunities for engineers to grow either in management or by becoming a specialist in engineering - this is not present in product management.
