What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very strategic, great at communication, value of empolyees

They stay connected with employees, take action on feedback received formally and informally.

They are open and accessible - anyone can talk to them, they are not hierarchical and generally seem to be interested in lots of people's opinions regardless of their role or level.

Great line of communication and teamwork

There are a few things that are pretty much comfortable to adapt and help you to balance things.

They care about their employees. I am 100% honest and open with my manager. They are understanding, genuine, and great people all around. Can't say enough good things about management.

They really are thinking outside the box for the future of this company.
