What I value most is that they stand by their product, everyday they are working hard to give their customers the best possible product. I see their employees working hard at all the soccer showcases that they stream for a very competitive league! They are diligently working to make things better!

Leadership who cares about their people even as we grow exponantionally.

My career has grown quite a bit in three years here. Company really cares about their employees and is getting to a mature stage in all aspects.

Getting paid fair market price for similar positions. Wasn't aware of it until my team brought it to my attention. I do think we still get to learn a lot, since there are so many products. Undervalued - review cycles don't mean much here & manager level needs to pay attention to these.

Very little promotional opportunities in product management. Maternity pay and pension contributions are fairly basic for the UK.
